Status update on EDAM/DAME settlement dispute deadline waiver report posted

The California ISO (ISO) has posted a Status Update on EDAM and DAME Settlement Dispute Deadline Waiver for T+70B recalculation settlement statements for May and June 2026. The report is available on the Settlements page of the ISO’s website.

On July 7, 2026, the ISO filed a limited waiver request with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding the dispute deadlines for T+70B Recalculation Settlement Statements for May and June 2026 Trade Dates. FERC subsequently granted that request. As part of the filing process at FERC, the ISO committed to posting a status report by Sep. 30, 2026, regarding ongoing settlement processing activities and market participants’ readiness and ability to validate settlement results.
