Storage Design and Modeling: Additional Headroom Limit examples posted, comment deadline extended to 4/3/26

The California ISO has posted additional examples related to the Headroom Limit topic discussed within the Issue Paper and Straw Proposal on Mixed-Fuel Resources on the Storage design and modeling initiative webpage. 

To allow for stakeholders to consider this new information in their written comments, the ISO has extended the deadline to submit written comments on the Issue Paper and Straw Proposal on Mixed-Fuel Resources and all topics discussed in the March 16, 2026, stakeholder discussion. Written comments are now due April 3, 2026.
