The California ISO has opened the comment period for the discussion on Jan. 22, 2026, regarding the Uplift and Default Energy Bid (DEB), Outage Management, and State-of-Charge Management on the Storage Design and Modeling initiative webpage.
Please submit written comments based on the Jan 22nd discussion by end of day Feb. 17, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
