Storage Design and Modeling: Comments due on 6/1/26

The California ISO has opened the comment template for the Storage Design and Modeling second revised straw proposal on Uplift & Default Energy Bids, and Outage Management along with materials from the May 18, 2026, stakeholder discussion. 

The comment template and second revised straw proposal are available on the initiative webpage. Stakeholders are encouraged to submit comments through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link provided on that page. Written comments are due by June 1, 2026.
