Storage Design and Modeling: Draft BPM changes posted, call on 4/14/25; Issue Paper and Straw Proposal posted

The California ISO will host a public stakeholder call for the Storage Design and Modeling initiative on April 14, 2025, to review draft Business Practice Manual changes related to State of Charge Management for Capacity Awards.

Verbal comments are strongly encouraged during the meeting. An additional notice will be sent on April 29, 2025, as part of the BPM Change Management process. A window for written comments will be provided from April 29, 2025, to end of day May 13, 2025, through the BPM Change Management process. 

The meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
