Subscriber Participating Transmission Owner Market Scheduling Options draft final proposal posted, call on 3/21/25

The California ISO has posted the draft final proposal for the Subscriber Participating Transmission Owner Market Scheduling Options initiative, and will host a public stakeholder call on March 21, 2025, to discuss this proposal. 

A presentation will be available on the Subscriber Participating Transmission Owner Market Scheduling Options initiative webpage prior to the meeting. 

Please submit written comments on the draft final proposal and the March 21 stakeholder call by end of day April 4, 2025, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.
