Updated 2026 Annual CRR Auction and December 2025 Monthly CRR Auction Schedule

As a result of the implementation details associated with the CRR Replacement Project earlier this year, the California ISO submitted an emergency PRR (1654) to address the impact of increased credit requirements. 

To allow participants additional time to review their portfolios, the ISO has updated the schedule for the 2026 Annual CRR Auction. The bidding window for the 2026 Annual CRR Auction has been extended until Nov. 19, 2025, at 5 P.M. PPT.

To accommodate this extension, the Dec. 2025 Monthly CRR Auction window will now open on Nov. 20, 2025, at 1 A.M. PPT and close on Nov. 21, 2025, at 5 P.M. PPT.

The ISO requests that participants review their current bid offers and resubmit them as needed.
