Updated no-reply email address for Customer Service notifications effective 3/3/25

The California ISO Customer Service frequently sends email notifications for updates, system maintenance, and upcoming events. These emails cannot be replied to, and any responses will result in a bounce back. Additionally, some organizations' email settings block the bounce back notification sent from this account. 

Due to this, on March 3, 2025, customer service notifications will be sent from no-reply@caisocustomerservice.com.  

Action Requested
If possible, collaborate with your organization to whitelist the no-reply@caisocustomerservice.com email address so these notifications do not get blocked or sent to the spam folder. Organizations are also encouraged to whitelist the @caiso.com and @caisocommunications.com domains to ensure that all of our emails are received.

As a reminder, these email notifications are sent to the appropriate audience based on application certificate access and our Scheduling Coordinator (SC) customer contact lists.
