WEM Governing Body and Joint meetings on 10/20-21/26; and WEM Governing Body, ISO Board of Governors, and Committee meetings on 10/26-29/26: Draft agendas posted

The California ISO (ISO) has posted the draft agendas for the following hybrid and virtual governance meetings in October:

• Oct. 20-21, 2026, Western Energy Markets (WEM) Governing Body meeting (including the joint session) draft agenda
• Oct. 21, 2026, Joint ISO Board of Governors and WEM Governing Body meeting draft agenda
• Oct. 26, 2026, WEM Governing Body executive session final agenda
• Oct. 26, 2026, ISO Board of Governors executive session final agenda
• Oct. 27, 2026, Audit Committee executive session final agenda
• Oct. 28, 2026, ISO Board of Governors meeting draft agenda
• Oct. 29, 2026, Department of Market Monitoring Oversight Committee executive session final agenda

The Oct. 20-21 WEM Governing Body and joint meetings will be hybrid with the option to participate either in person or virtually. The meeting will be held at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC), 155 N 400 W, Salt Lake City, Utah. If planning to attend in person, attendees are encouraged to pre-register by close of business Friday, Oct. 16, 2026. Virtual participants need not register. The meetings scheduled Oct. 26-28 are virtual only. 

Public comments may be provided to the WEM Governing Body and ISO Board of Governors both orally during noticed meetings, and in writing. Oral comments for items not otherwise on the agenda are addressed at the beginning of meetings, while those on agenda items are addressed when the item is presented. Written comments are publicly posted and should be received at least one week prior to meetings to allow enough time for review by the WEM Governing Body and ISO Board of Governors.
