WEM Regional Issues Forum Enhancement Project Draft Final Proposal: Comments deadline extended to 12/5/25

The Western Energy Markets (WEM) Regional Issues Forum (RIF) has posted its RIF Enhancements Project Draft Final Proposal to the RIF webpage. This paper outlines a proposed RIF evolution to enhance the RIF’s involvement in the ISO policy initiatives stakeholder process and to begin the transition to the Stakeholder Representatives Committee described in the West-Wide Governance Pathways Initiative Step 2 Final Proposal. In order to provide sufficient time for the stakeholder community to comment, the RIF has extended the comment deadline to Dec. 5, 2025.  

Comments are requested by Dec. 5, 2025, and should be submitted using the comment template included in the paper as Attachment A and sent to: EIMRIF@caiso.com.
