WEM Regional Issues Forum Enhancement Project Draft Final Proposal posted; comments due 11/26/25

The Western Energy Markets (WEM) Regional Issues Forum (RIF) has posted its RIF Enhancement Project Draft Final Proposal to the RIF webpage. This paper outlines a proposed RIF evolution to enhance the RIF’s involvement in the ISO policy initiatives stakeholder process and to begin the transition to the Stakeholder Representatives Committee described in the West-Wide Governance Pathways Initiative Step 2 Final Proposal.

Comments are requested by Nov. 26, 2025, and should be submitted using the comment template included in the paper as Attachment A and sent to: EIMRIF@caiso.com.
