Western Energy Markets Regional Issues Forum on 10/27/25: final agenda posted; registration requested

The Western Energy Markets (WEM) Regional Issues Forum (RIF) has posted the final agenda for its upcoming hybrid meeting, which will take place at the California ISO in Folsom, CA on Oct. 27, 2025. Registration to attend in person is requested by Oct. 23, 2025.
