2026 Budget and Grid Management Charge Process: Draft GMC Revenue Requirement call on 11/5/25

The California ISO will host a public stakeholder call on Nov. 5, 2025, to discuss the draft 2026 Grid Management Charge (GMC) Revenue Requirement and resulting charges. 

A draft of the 2026 Budget and GMC Rates Book and the presentation will be available on the process webpage prior to the call.

The call will be recorded and the video file posted on the process webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.

Please submit written comments on the stakeholder call discussion by end of day Nov. 20, 2025, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the process webpage.
