2028 Local Capacity Requirements: Technical Study Criteria, Methodology and Assumptions meeting on 11/2/26

The California ISO (ISO) will hold a public stakeholder meeting on Nov. 2, 2026, to discuss the criteria, methodology, and assumptions to be used in the 2028 Local Capacity Technical study. 

The draft study manual and meeting materials will be available prior to the meeting on the 2028 Local Capacity Requirements Process webpage. This meeting will not be recorded.

Please submit written comments on the by end of day Nov. 16, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the process webpage.
