C15 Estimated Interconnection Facilities Study Costs and Timeframe

The California ISO, pursuant to Section 8.1.1 of the CAISO Tariff Appendix KK, has posted the non-binding updated good faith estimate of the cost of the cluster 15 interconnection facilities study in the market participant portal. This is the Instructions to gain access.

The non-binding updated good faith estimated timeframe to complete the cluster study is 120 calendar days, commencing July 3, 2026, and concluding Oct. 30, 2026.
