Cluster 15 Application Status and Validation Information

All Cluster 15 applicants will be notified on Feb. 12, 2025 via GRIP of the application status and overall project score. Application statuses are; 1) technical validation; 2) auction; 3) reimbursement review and 4) withdrawn. 

For applications moving to technical validation, deficiencies will be communicated within 10BD of the notification on Feb. 12, 2025 via GRIP in the same manner as the completeness review. 

For applications with tied scores that are provided the option for auction participation, instructions will be provided. 

For applications in reimbursement review with scores that do not allow them to be studied as Energy Only Reimbursable, instructions will be provided on the optional opportunity to switch from Energy Only Reimbursable to Energy Only Non-Reimbursable.

For withdrawn applications, refunds are expected no earlier than April. 

Reminder: All Commercial Readiness Deposits must be finalized by May 1, 2025 or the project will be withdrawn. 

The public queue report will be updated by Feb. 24, 2025. 

Applicants wishing to withdraw, may do so via the GRIP withdrawal function. Per Tariff Appendix KK section 3.8.1.1 "If the Interconnection Customer withdraws its Interconnection Request or is deemed withdrawn prior to the commencement of the initial Cluster Study, Interconnection Customer will not be subject to a Withdrawal Penalty."  This deadline is May 30, 2025 at 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
