Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) modeling and settlement in the Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM); comments due 7/3/25

The California ISO is requesting stakeholder comments regarding the June 12, 2025, stakeholder workshop on Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) modeling and settlement in the Extended Day-Ahead Market (EDAM).

As part of the EDAM Congestion Revenue Allocation initiative, the ISO committed to hosting a workshop to discuss CRR modeling and settlement supporting EDAM go-live in 2026. As part of the workshop, the ISO discussed potential near-term CRR modeling practices to account for EDAM launch. 

A comment template has been posted as a word document under the miscellaneous meetings page for this meeting. Upon completion of this template, please submit it to ISOStakeholderAffairs@caiso.com. Submissions are requested by close of business on July 3, 2025.
