Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements initiative working group call on 9/8/25

The California ISO will host a public stakeholder working group meeting for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on Sept. 8, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

This session will include a review of stakeholder feedback on the previous working group meeting on May 12, 2025, an opportunity for stakeholders to present on their experiences with the ISO’s CRR processes, and further discussion on developing goals and problem statements.

For the presentation segment, the ISO invites stakeholders to present in 20-30 minutes their experiences with the ISO’s CRR processes, the types of transactions used to hedge their own congestion risk or provide products and services to entities that are, and suggested goals and/or problem statements for the initiative based on these experiences.
