Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements meeting on 1/21/26; in-person registration closes on 1/14/26

The California ISO will host a hybrid public stakeholder meeting for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on Jan. 21, 2026. Attendees may choose to participate in person at the ISO or virtually.

If you plan to attend in person, please register in this form by end of day Jan. 14, 2026. If we do not receive enough in-person attendees, the ISO will shift this meeting to a fully virtual format.

The Issue Paper on Revenue Adequacy and Auction Efficiency is forthcoming. A separate notice will be sent once it is published to the initiative webpage.

This session will include discussion on both the Issue Paper and Straw Proposal on Product Definition published Dec. 12, 2025, and the forthcoming Issue Paper on Revenue Adequacy and Auction Efficiency. 

Please submit written comments on the meeting by end of day Feb. 4, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage.

The meeting will be recorded, and the files will be posted to the initiative webpage for a limited time. Any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
