Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements meeting on 4/22/26

The California ISO will host a stakeholder meeting for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on April 22, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to further discuss potential enhancements related to product definition, auction efficiency, and revenue adequacy.

The agenda for the stakeholder meeting and other associated materials will be available prior to the meeting on the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative webpage. 

Please submit written comments in response to the discussion by end of day May 6, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative webpage. 

The call will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
