Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements meeting on 9/30/26

The California ISO (ISO) will host a hybrid stakeholder meeting for the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Enhancements initiative on Sep. 30, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Phase 2 topics. 

Please register if you plan to attend in person.

Presentation materials will be posted prior to the meeting on the Congestion Revenue Rights Enhancements initiative webpage.

Please plan to submit written comments in response to the meeting discussion by end of day Oct. 14, 2026, through the ISO's commenting tool, which can be accessed from the initiative webpage linked above.
