Customer Partnership Group for Congestion Revenue Rights upgrade project call on 1/25/24

The California ISO has scheduled its first Customer Partnership Group (CPG) meeting for Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) System upgrade project for the year on Jan. 25, 2024. The meeting series has changed to Thursdays.

The ISO has identified changes to the project timeline; therefore, the team plans to provide the Business-to-Business integration specifications prior to the next meeting. The team posted an updated external business requirements specification (BRS) on Mar. 29, 2023. This on-going monthly CPG will review the schedule, Business-to-Business integration specifications and answer questions. Subsequent meetings will include detailed review and discussion of business process changes impacting market participants. The goal of this CPG is to ensure customer readiness as this project deploys to production in 2024.

A presentation will be available prior to call on the Customer Partnership Groups webpage.
