Demand Response Registration System Enhancements Market Simulation

The California ISO invites Demand Response Registration System (DRRS) customers to participate in the Demand Response Registration System (DRRS) Enhancements Market Simulation in Market Application Platform (MAP) Stage DRRS from Sept. 22, 2025, to Oct. 3, 2025. 

The purposes of the Demand Response Registration System (DRRS) Enhancements implementation is to introduce new system business rules related to registration and location end dates, as well as prevent entry of duplicate records. For the purposes of this market simulation in MAP Stage DRRS, Demand Response Providers (DRPs) within the ISO Balancing Authority Area (BAA) must update their registration start and end dates in MAP Stage DRRS and then assess the results in MAP Stage DRRS to verify successful updated dates or further assess submission related error messages that violated the new submission rules.
