Department of Market Monitoring Extended Day-Ahead Market Metrics

The California ISO Department of Market Monitoring (DMM) has published the draft catalog of Department of Market Monitoring Extended Day-Ahead Market Metrics to the Market monitoring, reports and presentations page. The catalog lists descriptions of the metrics DMM plans to build for monitoring the ISO’s implementation of the Extended Day-Ahead Market and Day-Ahead Market Enhancements. DMM scheduled a stakeholder web conference on Dec. 15, 2025 to discuss the metrics and solicit feedback.

The stakeholder web conference will include some time for questions and comments. However, DMM encourages stakeholders to submit any comments or feedback on the catalog in writing to the email address DMM@caiso.com. Please include “EDAM metrics comments” in the subject line. All comments submitted in writing will be considered by DMM as it designs and implements its metrics for internal monitoring and public reporting.
