Extended Day-ahead Market (EDAM) Implementation: Intertie Scheduling Readiness and Q&A Session Workshop on 1/30/26

The California ISO will host a virtual Extended Day-ahead Market (EDAM) Implementation Workshop on Jan. 30, 2026, to review responses to frequently asked questions on intertie schedule modeling with the launch of EDAM, and host an open Q&A session regarding intertie scheduling readiness. This meeting is intended to be a follow up meeting to the previously held Dec. workshop on how intertie schedules will be modeled at CAISO and EDAM entity intertie locations for the EDAM implementation. The focus of the meeting will be to ensure stakeholder questions are being addressed and general stakeholder readiness.  

The FAQ document and any related meeting materials will be available prior to the workshop on the initiative webpage. The workshop will be recorded, and the video file will be posted after the meeting. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.

As reminder, there is a comment template from the Nov. 5 session, here, which will inform the FAQ document. Comments are due by Feb. 27, 2026.
