Forecasting Forum: Operational Requirements Data Quality Procedure meeting on 3/25/26

The California ISO has scheduled a March 25, 2026, Operational Requirements Data Quality Procedure stakeholder meeting to communicate methodologies and processes used by Short-Term Forecasting to monitor historical inputs to operational requirement calculations. The presentation will focus on data quality challenges and solutions in relation to Flexible Ramp Product (FRP) and future Imbalance Reserve (IR). 

Meeting materials, along with the agenda and presentation will be posted on the ISO calendar or on the Forecasting Forum webpage before the meeting. We will be utilizing this new Forecasting Forum webpage to showcase meetings on forecasting topics.

Please submit stakeholder comments on the March 25 meeting by visiting the Forecasting Forum page linked above, and complete the comment template word document. Upon completion of this template, please submit it to isostakeholderaffairs@caiso.com. Submit written comments by end of day on April 8, 2026.
