Interconnection Service Capacity and Deliverability Retention for Non-Operating Generating Facilities: Draft final proposal posted, call on 5/18/26

The California ISO has posted the draft final proposal for the Interconnection Service Capacity and Deliverability Retention for Non-Operating Generating Facilities to the initiative webpage, and will host a virtual stakeholder meeting on May 18, 2026, to discuss this proposal.  

Meeting materials will be available prior to the meeting on the Interconnection service capacity and deliverability retention for non-operating generating facilities initiative webpage linked above. Please provide written comments on the draft final proposal and May 18 meeting by end of day June 1, 2026, through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the initiative page.

The meeting will be recorded and the video file posted on the initiative webpage for a limited time. The recording is for informational and convenience purposes only, and any related transcriptions should not be reprinted without the ISO’s permission.
