Notification of revised CAISO BA operating procedures 1210, 2330 and 3620, and new Market Operations procedure MO1210

The California ISO has revised the BA operating procedures and the Market Operator procedure referenced below. 

1210 Day-Ahead Market-Effective 050126, version 20.0, effective May 1, 2026. 

Updated with removal of various Market Operator tasks that have been moved to new MO1210 procedure to align with EDAM Go-Live. Minor formatting and grammar edits.

2330 Real-Time Exceptional Dispatch, version 15.1, effective May 1, 2026. 

Periodic Review: 

Section 3.1.2: Removed Market Operator from task table since CAISO BA performs these tasks and no longer applicable for the Market Operator.

Minor format and grammar edits.

3620 Transmission Reliability Margins, version 3.5, effective May 1, 2026. 

Periodic Review: Minor formatting only, no content changes.

MO1210 Day-Ahead Market, version 1.0, effective May 1, 2026. 

New Market Operations version of CAISO 1210 procedure created and issued.
