Notification of Revised ISO Operating Procedure 2210Z

The California ISO has revised the operating procedure referenced below.

2210Z Effectiveness Factors - All, version 29.0, effective June 1, 2024.

• 7320: Removed Effectiveness factor for Contra Costa Carbon plant and removed plant from table headings due to shutdown - version 24.7, effective 5/07/24.
• 7410: Updated Tables 3A-1 and 3A-2 - Removed CPs 11 & 13. Added CPs 18, 19, 24, 25 & 26 with columns added for CPs 24, 25 & 26 (more units involved to mitigate) - version 9.5, effective 6/01/24.
• 7640: New procedure added with Table 3 Effectiveness Factors – version 1.0, effective 6/01/24.
• Updated version and date only for the following:
  • 6310: version 25.2, effective 6/01/04
  • 6410: version 10.8, effective 6/01/24
  • 7420: version 6.3, effective 4/30/24
  • 7430: version 26.2, effective 4/22/24
  • 7440: version 2.5, effective 5/16/24
  • 7630: version 17.0, effective 6/01/24
  • 7690: version 4.2, effective 5/09/24
  • 7820: version 19.1, effective 6/01/24
