Notification of revised ISO operating procedures 2330 and 2720

The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

2330 Real-Time Exceptional Dispatch, version 14.6, effective Jan. 25, 2024.

Section 3.1: Added new #4 with “Note” including detail on Long-Start Strategic Reserve Resources (LS-SRR) Exceptional Dispatch (ED) commitment and removed “Note” below for Non-Legacy Reliability Must Run (RMR), as it is no longer applicable.

2720 Market Disruption – Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM), version 4.7, effective Jan. 25, 2024.

Periodic Review: Section 3.3.2: Added Settlement detail for market isolations with an informational-only footnote. Minor formatting and grammar edits.
