Price Formation Enhancements call on 11/10/25

The California ISO has scheduled a Price Formation Enhancements (PFE) Phase 2 working group call for Nov. 10, 2025. This session will explore the topic of Scarcity Pricing.

As part of our ongoing commitment to inclusive and transparent engagement, we are inviting stakeholders to contribute to the meeting by presenting on topics relevant to scarcity pricing.

If you are interested in presenting, please submit a presentation including:

• Presentation title
• Summary of topic (1–2 paragraphs)
• Presenter name(s) and affiliation
• Estimated presentation time (10–20 minutes recommended)

We encourage stakeholders to share their perspectives during the Nov. 3 session. If your organization is interested in presenting, please contact ISOStakeholderAffairs@caiso.com by Nov. 5, 2025.
