Price Formation Enhancements meeting on 11/20/25

The California ISO has scheduled a Price Formation Enhancements (PFE) Phase 2 virtual meeting for Nov. 20, 2025. This session will focus on the topic of scarcity pricing.

As part of our ongoing commitment to inclusive and transparent engagement, we invite stakeholders to contribute by presenting on topics related to scarcity pricing. This upcoming meeting will build on the discussion from the Nov. 10 session.

If you are interested in presenting, please submit a presentation including:

• Presentation title
• Summary of topic (1–2 paragraphs)
• Presenter name(s) and affiliation
• Estimated presentation time (10–20 minutes recommended)

We encourage stakeholders to share their perspectives during the Nov. 10 session. If your organization is interested in presenting, please contact ISOStakeholderAffairs@caiso.com by Nov. 17, 2025. 

We request that written comments regarding the Nov. 10 and Nov. 20 discussions and presentations be submitted through the ISO’s commenting tool using the link on the PFE initiative webpage. Please submit written comments by end of day on Dec. 4, 2025.
