Updated New Resource Implementation Guide and meeting recording posted

The New Resource Implementation Guide has been updated to reflect the discussion and stakeholder discussion received during the Aug. 20, 2026, New Resource Implementation stakeholder meeting.

The updated materials are now available on the New Resource Implementation webpage. In addition, the meeting recording has been posted for those who were unable to attend or would like to review the discussion.

Stakeholders are encouraged to follow the New Resource Implementation Guide to help ensure a smooth transition from project development and testing to participation in the California ISO markets.
