Legal and regulatory PlanningGenerator Interconnection Affidavits for Allocating and Retaining Transmission Plan Deliverability due 8/29/25
Generator interconnection customers must submit affidavits to seek or retain transmission plan deliverability. The affidavits must be accompanied by substantiating documentation to support the claims made on the affidavit. Affidavits are required from developers with active interconnection projects being studied according to either the California ISO or wholesale distribution access tariffs. Eligibility requirements for projects, including wholesale distribution projects, are in the ISO Tariff and the Business Practice Manuals; see the references below.
