Notification of revised RC West operating procedures RC0310, RC0410A, RC0430A and RC0460F

The California ISO has revised the operating procedures referenced below.

RC0310 Mitigating SOL and IROL Exceedances, version 2.1, effective Oct. 1, 2024.

Section 3.2: Added evaluation to identify SOL exceedance for stability path impacting multiple TOPs. 

Section 3.6: Added language and steps for RC West validation of stability SOL that impact multiple TOPs.

References: Added FAC-014-3 to NERC Requirements.

Minor formatting and punctuation edits.

RC0410A EOP-011 Plan Review Checklist, version 3.4, effective Oct. 1, 2024.

Updated EOP-011 references, added additional text to reflect standard changes and removed all “RC Reviewer Comments” sections. Minor formatting and punctuation edits.

RC0430A EOP-010 Plan Review Checklist, version 1.3, effective Oct. 1, 2024.

Removed “RC Reviewer Comments” sections and minor punctuation edits.

RC0460F EOP-005 Plan Review Checklist, version 3.5, effective Oct. 1, 2024.

Removed “RC Reviewer Comments” section and minor punctuation edit.
