Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act SB350: Data Release Schedule, Comments Extension, Call 6/8/16




In response to stakeholder requests, the California ISO is releasing additional data and information related to the studies completed in compliance with the Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act, Senate Bill 350.  A stakeholder call is scheduled for June 8, 2016 to discuss the data release schedule. Public comment on the May 24-25, 2016 meeting and preliminary study results is extended to June 15.

The ISO has scheduled a stakeholder call on June 8, 2016 to discuss the data release schedule related to the studies performed under the Clean Energy and Pollution Reduction Act, Senate Bill 350. The schedule is available on the ISO website at


The ISO will release data in batches, on three separate dates (June 3, 10, and 22), as referenced in the release schedule at  

The ISO reminds stakeholders that some of the data is subject to NERC confidentiality restrictions that require stakeholders to execute a non-disclosure agreement before accessing the data.  Information on executing a non-disclosure agreement can also be found at the aforementioned link.  Executed non-disclosure agreements, or any questions regarding the agreement, can be submitted to


Additionally, to provide more time for stakeholder review, the ISO has extended the deadline for stakeholders to submit comments on the SB350 May 24-25 stakeholder meeting and the preliminary study results to June 15, 2016.  Note: the ISO has posted an updated stakeholder comments template with the revised date for submission to
