Revised Dates for Application Enhancements: AIM ACL Groups and MRI-S Metering Market Simulation
The California ISO has revised its dates for the latest enhancements to the Access Identity Management (AIM) and the Market Results Interface – Settlements (MRI-S) Metering applications for market simulation.
The time frames for the AIM application Access Control List (ACL) Groups and MRI-S Metering application enhancements for market simulation has changed.
The AIM application ACL Groups changes will be implemented in production January 31, 2017 instead of January 11, 2017 so market simulation can be conducted for the MRI-S Metering enhancements.
The MRI-S Metering enhancements market simulation date is changed to February 1, 2017 from January 18, 2017, and will remain open for continued testing until May 31, 2017. The Operational Meter Analysis and Reporting (OMAR) Online application will officially be decommissioned after testing on May 31, 2017, and the MRI-S Metering application will be the only way to submit and review meter data.
Formal market simulation support for the MRI-S Metering enhancements will be available February 1-17, 2017, which includes dedicated resources such as customer calling assistance. Contact information for support will be provided in the updated 2017 Independent Releases Market Simulation Plan. A new version of the plan will be available prior to simulation on the ISO website at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/MarketSimulationPlanIndependentReleases2017.pdf.
The ISO may issue another market notice regarding the Participating Intermittent Resource Program (PIRP) System Decommissioning, which is dependent upon the production deployment of the AIM ACL Groups functionality.
