Miguel 500kV Voltage Support Project Competitive Solicitation Qualification and Selection Costs
The California ISO posted to its website the costs incurred to qualify and select the approved project sponsor for the Miguel 500kV voltage support project in the 2013-2014 transmission planning process.
As an outcome of the 2012-2013 transmission planning competitive solicitation stakeholder engagement, the ISO implemented FERC-approved enhancements that require the project sponsor to pay for the actual costs incurred by the ISO to qualify and select the approved project sponsor through the competitive solicitation process.
The ISO posted to its website the costs incurred to qualify and select the approved project sponsor for the Miguel 500kV voltage support project in accordance with the ISO Tariff section 24.5.6. The cost information is available at http://www.caiso.com/Documents/Summary-AccruedProjectSponsorCosts-Miguel500kv.pdf.
