Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Order No. 719 requires each ISO to dedicate a portion of its website to post market participant offers to buy or sell power on a long-term basis. The Power Contracts Bulletin Board linked from this page is hosted by PJM Interconnection. Non-PJM members are required to complete a PJM authorization form.

ISO does not endorse any specific vendor or vendor posting. All trading communication that occurs as a result of postings occurs independently of the ISO.
