Effective February 27, 2019 the ISO implemented improvements to the Real-Time Pre-Dispatch (RTPD), Real-Time Dispatch (RTD) limiter algorithm to better adjust for factors before and after conformance. Improvements include: recognize conformance from previous intervals, not limited to rely on information from current interval, recognize direction for infeasibility and conformance and build a memory of the change in load from a previous solution.—Implemented: Feb. 27, 2019; FERC approval: Feb. 21, 2019; Tariff amendment filing (ER19-538): Dec.12, 2018; Board of Governors approval: May 16, 2018
